Betamethasone-tolnaftate-gentamicin-clioquinol is a four-ingredient skin preparation: a potent steroid (betamethasone) to calm inflammation and itching, an antifungal (tolnaftate), an antibiotic (gentamicin), and an antiseptic that is also active against fungi (clioquinol).
