For suppliers & manufacturers

Ogbogwu connects Nigeria's biggest medicines market to buyers across the country. If you make or import medicines and want a route into this market, this page is how the conversation starts — and the bar it starts at.

Every conversation requires three things: a named manufacturer, WHO-GMP + COPP, and NAFDAC registration. The details.

Introduce your products

Every submission is read by a person. We reply in writing on WhatsApp or email — usually within a few days.

The three things every conversation requires

1

Who makes it

The manufacturer's legal name and manufacturing site. An anonymous product list — however long — is not an offer anyone can act on.

2

Proof of quality

The WHO-GMP certificate for the manufacturing site and a Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product (COPP) for the products offered.

3

Nigerian registration

NAFDAC registration for each product — or an honest statement of where registration stands. Products must be registered before import; there is no sell-first-register-later route.

Have all three? The form above moves fast. Missing the third? Submit anyway and say so honestly — our guide to NAFDAC product registration explains what it involves before you ship anything, and the drug importation regulations guide covers the import side.

What we will never do

  • We never introduce unregistered products to buyers or distributors — no exceptions, no “purchase assistance” arrangements.
  • We never touch controlled substances (tramadol, benzodiazepines, and similar) outside licensed channels — do not include them in a submission.
  • We never gather buyer commitments for goods that don't yet exist in Nigeria with their registrations in place.
  • We keep everything in writing. Verification is the whole point of Ogbogwu, and paper is what verifies.

What verified suppliers get

  • Introductions to wholesalers and distributors in and around Ogbogwu market — made only after your documents check out
  • Visibility to the buyers who use this platform every day: pharmacies, hospitals, PPMVs and distributors across Nigeria
  • Demand intelligence: what Nigerian buyers actually request, so you register and ship what the market wants

Questions suppliers ask

Ogbogwu is an independent drug-information platform. We are not a regulatory agent and cannot register products on your behalf; NAFDAC registration is between you, your manufacturer and the agency. We never charge for reviewing a submission.
