In Nigeria, Betamethasone-Clotrimazole-Neomycin is commonly used for:

More cream is not more effective — a thin layer treats the skin; a thick layer only increases side effects. If the infection is fungal, continue an antifungal-only cream (like plain clotrimazole) for 1–2 weeks after the rash clears, rather than continuing the steroid combination.
